The Statement of Employment Particulars, often referred to as the Contract of Employment or Employment Contract, is a formal document that sets out the conditions of employment.
If you are employing your PA for 1 month or more, then you have a duty to provide them with a 'Statement of Employment Particulars' within the first 2 months of their employment.
There is specific information that the Statement of Employment Particulars has to include such as your name, their name, the hours they will be working, place of work, etc. The following link will take you to the GOV.UK's website which very clearly explains what must be included. It also informs you of other information that you have to provide for your PA.
This additional information can be included in the 'Statement of Employment Particulars' or as separate policy and procedure documents.
